About

Mark is a Multimedia Producer and Artist based in Tacoma, WA. He is currently a staff Media Producer at the University of Washington Tacoma.

Mark obtained a BFA in Film Video + Integrated Media from Emily Carr University of Art + Design in Vancouver, BC. During his time there he cut his teeth in a variety of film production roles. Mark provided his expertise in asset management for documentaries such as Superkids II, It's Greek to Me, and Picture Start +. Through hard work and dedication Mark found himself on the Indie film sets of ABC's of Death and A Ghost Within providing Location Sound services.

University of Washington Tacoma has given Mark the freedom to produce short and long form documentary pieces for campus clients. At UWT Mark has honed his honed his storytelling skills, producing engaging and concise content.

In addition to Media Production Mark has experience designing, maintaining, and supporting complex A/V systems in classrooms, conference rooms, and event halls. His expert understanding of A/V systems helps him meet organizational goals while navigating budget constraints.

Marks' personal video works focus on abstract storytelling centered around dystopian futures.
